Placing and Order/Sending Files
HOW TO SUBMIT
YOUR ORDER:
To qualify
for camera reach "click and print" pricing, orders must
be fully camera ready digital files with the following
specifications:

Acceptable files are *PDF, *TIF, *JPG, *EPS

Color
Images must be CMYK (No RGB files)

The
page must represent the actual size of the item
ordered (ex. business card 2.5 x 3.5, etc.)

Resolution must be 300 DPI
-
Artwork that bleeds of the edge must include an
additional 1/16"beyond the edge of the sheet.

All
text and graphics must remain 1/8" inside the edges
of the item or they run a risk of being cut off.
Place your
order by simply clicking the
"SEND US
YOUR FILES"
button
below.
Attach
your file and include your name, telephone number,
product, quantity, and size (ex. Walter Jones,
555-123-456, 5K, Business Cards).
After your
order is submitted, you will receive an email
confirmation with an estimated turnaround time.
Once payment is received, your order will be processed
for production. All orders received before 3:00
p.m. EST will be processed on the same day. Orders
submitted after 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next
business day.
Standard
turnaround time range from 2-5 business days with
delivery.
PROOFING
It is our
practice to carefully examine each order; however, DDBS
is not responsible for proofing any camera ready
projects and will not take responsibility for any copy
or design errors submitted by the client. Please
review our
Agreement, Terms and Conditions
prior to submitting an order.
ORDER
CANCELLING
If you
have placed an order prior to 3:00 p.m. EST and your
payment has been received, you must contact DDBS by
telephone no later than 4:00 p.m. on the same business
day in an effort to retrieve your order. If your
job has already reached production, you will be
responsible for the full payment.
